  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • It must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are:
    • Opened, used, or tampered with.
    • Perishable in nature (e.g., food items like honey, oils).

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

๐Ÿšš Damaged or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Weโ€™ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
