🧾 Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- It must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
- Returns are not accepted for items that are:
- Opened, used, or tampered with.
- Perishable in nature (e.g., food items like honey, oils).
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
